A new generation is stepping up to guide the affordable housing industry into the future.

Leading the way are Jessel Amin of JPMorgan Chase, Andrea Bell of Oregon Housing and Community Services, Nick Cangelosi of The Michaels Organization, Lindsey Haines of Full Circle Communities, Zach Johnson of Gorman & Co., and Annika Lescott-Martinez of the New York City Housing Authority.

All 40 and younger, they are making waves as developers, finance executives, and housing agency leaders.For their contributions, they have been selected as Affordable Housing Finance’s Young Leaders this year.
