The Tabor Grand Hotel opened in 1885, with many famous guests staying at or visiting the prestigious destination over the years. One such guest was President Benjamin Harrison in 1891.
Because of the area's harsh weather conditions, the paint on the building includes a sunscreen additive that will help reduce fading and protect the brick. In addition, a new roof design addresses ice and water flow.
Ground-floor retail at the development includes a ski rental company and a hair salon.
