All 94 apartments serve families earning no more than 60% of the area median income (AMI), with 19 units reserved for those earning no more than 30% of the AMI.
The Community Builders employed creative financing to establish a unique condominium structure and secure both 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credits.
The Lofts at Loomworks includes 51 one-bedroom apartments and 43 two- and three-bedroom apartments, with additional accessible apartments and fully accessible common areas.
