The Grove at Keith Creek brings 49 units of affordable family housing to the east side of Rockford, Ill. It is the first phase of the redevelopment of the Fairgrounds Valley public housing project.
The development includes a variety of resident services, including health and nutrition classes and mentorship for young adults.
