The Alameda development in Cincinnati’s Avondale neighborhood is one of the 19 properties recently acquired by The Community Builders, Inc.
The Community Builders, which is leading a preservation and improvement plan across six Cincinnati neighborhoods, also acquired the Somerset development, which is located in the Avondale neighborhood.
