Developed by Skid Row Housing Trust, the Star Apartments is instantly distinguishable with 102 pre-fabricated modular units placed intricately on a cantilevered podium structure in Los Angeles.
Designed by Michael Maltzan, the development is seeking to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
