Standard Communities has renewed the expiring Sec. 8 contract for all 151 units of affordable housing in the Polyclinic Apartments in the heart of New York City.
For the $114.5 million project, Walker & Dunlop structured a $93.9 million acquisition loan with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, using the agency’s Sec. 223(f) program.
