The John C. Anderson Apartments is under construction in Philadelphia by Pennrose Properties and the Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld Fund. The development will serve lesbian and gay seniors.
Pennrose is a partner in the $150 million The Vue, a model transit village next to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. It owns the rental component and helped develop the overall project.
