North Park Seniors won a 2015 Pacific Coast Builders Conference Golden Nugget grand award for “Best Senior Housing Community – On the Boards” and merit award for “On the Boards Site Plan.” The project is designed by Rodriguez Design Associates, Architects and Planners.
North Park Seniors is among only a handful of LGBT-affirming affordable communities for seniors in the nation.
