In addition to having a rich history and commercial space, Lloyd House includes 44 affordable housing units for residents of Menominee, Mich., and various service programs.
Because Lloyd House held historic significance for the community, the development team worked closely with the National Park Service and the city historical committee to ensure that the integrity and character of the building was preserved.
The development features 14 one-, 24 two-, and six three-bedroom apartments. All units include Energy Star appliances, self-controlled energy-efficient heating, and central air-conditioning. Common amenities include a laundry, storage space, a community room, an exercise room, a computer room, and 58 parking spaces in the heated underground garage.
Lloyd House offers residents picturesque views of the shore of Green Bay near the mouth of the Menominee River.
