Located in downtown Des Moines, the preservation and rehabilitation of Ligutti Tower is providing seniors 62 and older as well as residents with a disability safe and modernized housing.
The rehab of Ligutti Tower also included revamped outdoor space as well as an updated lobby that is now welcoming to residents and visitors.
Residents at Ligutti have access to a fitness center and free Internet. Full-time service coordinators also assist residents with the challenges of aging in place.
