All the affordable apartments at Coastside Senior Housing receive project-based Sec. 8 assistance, so residents pay no more than 30 percent of their income toward rent.
Located within walking distance of the Half Moon Bay’s downtown and an adjacent bus stop, the project also serves as a model of smart growth.
Developed by Mercy Housing California and Lesley Senior Communities, the $14.7 million development was financed low-income housing tax credit equity from Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
