Arlington Grove is a 112-unit development that is helping to revitalize the 22nd Ward in St. Louis.
The project features new, historically representative townhouses and garden apartments.
Arlington Grove has received Enterprise Green Communities certification and includes a number of energy and resource-conserving features.
The project also includes the historic renovation of the abandoned Arlington School into 21 loft-style apartments.
The Arlington School served the children of the community until it closed in 1994. Originally an eight-room schoolhouse, the current building is dominated by an 1899 addition by famed architect William B. Ittner.
