Residents have access to surrounding services and retail. The site is adjacent to a shopping center anchored by a Publix grocery store that residents can walk to. A bus stop also was added to the development to aid the seniors.
Forest Ridge has a robust social and resident services plan. Health and wellness programs, gardening classes at the proeprty's raised garden beds, and computer lessons are offered for residents. In addition, social activities include game tournaments, pool parties, and movie nights.
A host of amenities, including a swimming pool, a dog park, a putting green, and 24-hour management, are offered at the development.
