Collingwood Green Phase II helps replace one of the oldest public housing sites in the nation in Toledo, Ohio. The 68-unit community is developed by the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority.
The $15.7 million development offers 34 public housing and 34 low-income housing tax credit apartments.

Rather than building in the traditional public housing style of superblocks, Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority adopted an organic urban layout that is more walkable.
