Developed by Native American Connections, Cedar Crossing provides 74 affordable units in Phoenix. Many of the residents were homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Cedar Crossing

The low-income housing tax credit development is co-located with the Patina Wellness Center, which offers substance-abuse treatment, specialized services for pregnant women, and other supportive services. Clients exiting Patina, which has 70 residential treatment beds, have the opportunity to move into Cedar Crossing if there is an opening. Likewise, housing development residents can access treatment at the nearby center.

In addition to a suite of social services, Cedar Crossing residents enjoy on-site amenities, including free WiFi, a fitness area, a recreation room, a patio, a basketball court, and a dog park.

Cedar Crossing

A LEED Platinum development, Cedar Crossing features 14 studio, 21 one‐bedroom, 16 two‐bedroom, and 23 three‐bedroom apartments. Twenty-six units serve residents earning no more than 40% of the area median income (AMI), 34 units are at 50% of the AMI , and 14 units are at 60% of the AMI.
