WinnCompanies' two-year effort completely modernized Atlantic Gardens and Atlantic Terrace apartments, renamed Atlantic Apartment Homes, for its approximately 750 low-income residents.
Property manager Winn Residential is collaborating with over 30 local and regional nonprofits to bring new and enhanced services to residents. As part of the rehab, new learning centers were constructed at both properties at Atlantic Apartment Homes.
