Once decaying and boarded up, the Arcade building in St. Louis has been revitalized into a vibrant mixed-use development by Dominium.
The Arcade Apartments features a 19th floor clubroom for residents. Nine percent of the units are reserved for households earning no more than 50% of the area median income (AMI), 62% serve households at 60% of the AMI, 6% serve households at 80% of the AMI, and 23% are at market rates.
Artists flourish in the abundant community spaces and state-of-the-art studios and facilities that are incorporated into Arcade’s design.
Dominium has transformed an empty building that once housed offices and retail into a mixed-use property. In addition to apartments, the Arcade building has space for Webster University.
