Affordable Housing Finance is now accepting nominations for its next class of Hall of Fame inductees and Young Leaders—honoring both the industry’s legacy leaders and the rising professionals shaping its future. Nominations are due July 31.
Established in 2006, the Affordable Housing Hall of Fame recognizes the individuals whose long-term leadership has helped define the industry. To date, nearly 90 leaders have been inducted.
Last year’s honorees included Tom Collishaw, Self-Help Enterprises; David Gasson, MG Housing Strategies, Linda Mandolini, Eden Housing; and Jeff Whiting, CREA.
Since 2008, AHF also has spotlighted up-and-comers—emerging voices 40 and younger across development, finance, policy, and services who are already making a measurable impact.
We’re looking for nominees who have made a lasting difference—and those driving new ideas and innovation to better serve low-income residents and strengthen the affordable housing ecosystem.
Hall of Fame nominations should include:
- Name and organization
- Professional bio
- Rationale for induction
- Letters of recommendation (optional)
Young Leader nominations should include:
- Current role and organization
- Relationship to nominee
- Industry tenure
- Leadership qualities and career goals
- Notable accomplishments and impact
- Industry involvement
- Age (if known)
- Contact information and resume (if available)
Honorees will be featured in the November/December issue of Affordable Housing Finance and recognized at AHF Live: The Affordable Housing Developers Summit, Nov. 16–18 in Chicago.
