Tidwell Group, a tax and advisory firm with a strong presence in affordable housing, is joining EisnerAmper in a deal expected to close in May.
Founded in 1997, Tidwell has 40 partners and a staff of more than 200 professionals. The firm has six offices in Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, and Texas. Its areas of expertise include Department of Housing and Urban Development and U.S. Department of Agriculture-Rural Development compliance, renewable energy projects, and construction.
