Registration has opened for AHF Live: The 2020 Affordable Housing Developers Summit, Nov. 16-18, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Affordable Housing Finance is moving forward with plans to hold its annual event, with an agenda that reflects the many changes and challenges facing the industry. At the same time, we’re monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the country and the guidance provided by government leaders and health organizations.

During this unprecedented year, it’s important for affordable housing owners and developers to stay connected with their partners and peers. AHF Live will bring together leading voices to discuss the ongoing impact of COVID-19, the post-election outlook for the industry, and the newest financing strategies.

Sessions will dig into the latest on debt and bond financing, the low-income housing tax credit market, acquisition strategies, the homelessness crisis, emerging building techniques, what’s happening on Capitol Hill, and other vital topics.

Speakers include top developers Tom Anderson, managing director of Cohen-Esrey Development Group; Jeff Kittle, president and CEO of Herman & Kittle Properties; John O’Donnell, CEO of The Michaels Organization; Caleb Roope, president and CEO of The Pacific Cos.; and Lauren Zullo, director of sustainability at Jonathan Rose Cos.

In addition to the most up-to-date information, AHF Live will provide important networking opportunities. The conference will also honor its Hall of Fame inductees, Young Leaders, and Readers’ Choice Award winners.

Register by Sept. 21 for the early-bird rate of $849 or $799 for nonprofit attendees.

As part of a new policy, attendees who cancel on or before Oct. 2 will receive a full refund.

Attendance is reserved for people who are primarily affordable developers, owners, and managers plus state and local housing finance agency representatives.
