The 15th annual conference, produced by Affordable Housing Finance magazine and publisher Hanley Wood, will bring you the latest news from Capitol Hill, insight into the capital markets, cutting-edge solutions, and networking opportunities to help you adapt to the industry’s changing environment. Attendees also will hear the latest on the policy direction at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, what’s ahead for 2019 low-income housing tax credit allocations, and the debt and bond financing forecasts.New sessions this year will delve into planning for Year 15 and beyond; creating a successful mixed-income development; alternative construction strategies; and shaping the industry’s next generation.

To add to attendees’ learning experience, two intensive pre-conference workshops are offered for an additional registration fee. The Tax Credit and Tax-Exempt Boot Camp is a training session for beginners or those who need a refresher, and our new Intro to Asset Management workshop will include best practices for ensuring the health of your affordable housing properties.
