Join hundreds of affordable housing developers, owners, and industry leaders at AHF Live: The 2017 Affordable Housing Developers Summit, Nov. 14-16, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

The 14th annual conference, produced by Affordable Housing Finance magazine and publisher Hanley Wood, will bring you the most up-to-date news from Washington, D.C., financing strategies, innovative case studies, and networking opportunities to help you formulate new equations to adapt to today’s changing climate.

Several panel discussions will be back by popular demand, such as the State of the Industry roundtable, Capitol Hill Update, and the Tax Credit Equity Outlook power panel. Attendees also will hear the latest on the policy direction at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, what’s ahead for 2018 low-income housing tax credit allocations, and the debt and bond financing forecasts.

New sessions this year include how to navigate the construction phase, turning around troubled properties, the link between housing and health care, and success stories between public housing agencies and developers.

To add to attendees’ learning experience, two intensive pre-conference workshops are offered for an additional registration fee. The Tax Credit and Tax-Exempt Boot Camp is a training session for beginners or those who need a refresher, and Nuts and Bolts of Deal Structuring will provide step-by-step guidance on structuring deals and fitting the finance pieces together.

Also new this year will be AHF Live’s first Women in Affordable Housing Luncheon, which will provide networking opportunities for women in all stages of their careers.

Attendance is reserved exclusively for people who are primarily affordable housing developers, owners, and management firms, plus state and local housing finance agency representatives. Service providers, syndicators, lenders, vendors, and manufacturers must exhibit or sponsor to attend.

The regular registration rate is $799. A super early-bird rate of $699 is available through Aug. 4, and an early-bird rate of $749 is available through Sept. 14. Discounts also are available for nonprofits and multiple company registrations.
