Enterprise Homes Names SVP
Christine Madigan has been promoted to senior vice president for development at Enterprise Homes. She joined the organization in 2001 as a senior development director.
Recently, Madigan has worked as Enterprise’s lead on its New Orleans development, a joint venture with Providence Community Housing consisting of 1,500 units in the Treme and Tulane Gravier neighborhoods.
Headquartered in Baltimore, Enterprise Homes develops affordable and market-rate housing throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
Hudson Housing Hires VP in Florida
Hudson Housing Capital, LLC, has appointed Allan Schnier as vice president of acquisitions. He will be based in Boca Raton, Fla.
Schnier was brought on board as part of a major initiative to expand the company’s equity financing business in Florida and the Southeast. Prior to joining Hudson, Schnier was vice president of acquisitions for Alliant Asset Management Co. and the director of affordable housing for Continental Wingate Capital.
Wachovia Names NMTC director
Wachovia Corp. has named Wanda Clark director of its New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program.
She joins Wachovia from Capital One, where she was responsible for launching the organization’s NMTC program. Clark has more than 25 years of financial services experience, including extensive community development experience.
Wachovia is one of the largest NMTC recipients, with $383 million in funding to date.
Bozzuto Announces CFO, Partners
Dan Murphy has been named chief financial officer of The Bozzuto Group companies, a diversified real estate organization.
Murphy became a partner of the firm in 2006 and was senior vice president and chief administrative officer prior to his promotion.
The Bozzuto Group also announced that Toby Bozzuto and Ryan Ogden have been named partners.
In addition to his responsibilities as a partner, Bozzuto retains his position as executive vice president of Bozzuto Development Co. Ogden retains his position as senior vice president and director of Bozzuto Acquisitions, LLC.
Corbiere Joins Cohen Financial
Adrian B. Corbiere has been hired to lead the expansion of Cohen Financial’s national commercial real estate finance origination platform. He will be an executive vice president and a member of the firm’s executive committee. He will be based in Cohen’s Washington, D.C., office.
Corbiere joins the firm from Freddie Mac, where he was a senior vice president and head of the multifamily division. He retired from Freddie Mac in July 2006. The company then appointed him as senior vice president and special adviser to assist a new multifamily management team.
