The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s board of trustees approved $5.6 million in low-income housing tax credit reservations at its November meeting.
The following developers received a reservation of tax credits:
- $750,000 reserved for Claremore Village, LP, for the construction of 20 fourplexes (80 units) to be known as Claremore Village in Claremore;
- $323,995 reserved for Bulldogger-GMC, LP, for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 48 apartments to be known as Bulldogger Apartments in Dewey;
- $750,000 reserved for Linden Woods II, LP, for the construction of 40 single-family homes to be known as Linden Woods II in Durant;
- $576,357 reserved for PreservingUS, Inc., for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 30 apartments to be known as Enid Senior Residences in Enid;
- $502,511 reserved for Madill Affordable Housing, LLC, for the construction of 25 single-family homes to be known as Madill Affordable Housing in Madill;
- $152,572 reserved for Mannford Senior, LP, for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 27 apartments to be known as Mannford Senior in Mannford;
- $750,000 reserved for HRM III, LP, for the construction of 38 single-family homes to be known as Legends at Hickory Ridge III in McAlester;
- $310,127 reserved for Ironman-GMC, LP, for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 44 apartments to be known as Ironman Apartments in Nowata;
- $666,163 reserved for MCN Housing Division, LP #1, for the construction of 35 single-family homes to be known as Mission Addition in Okmulgee;
- $355,145 reserved for Sallisaw Family Housing, LP, for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 12 fourplexes (48 units) to be known as RoseRock Estates I & II in Sallisaw; and
- $493,755 reserved for South Rock Creek Estates, LLC, for the construction of 20 single-family homes to be known as South Rock Creek Estates in Shawnee.
