IFG Capital, a low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndicator and real estate investment company, has engaged TCAM to provide counsel for fund and asset management services as it launches its LIHTC investment funds.

Under this engagement, IFG and TCAM will work together to ensure that IFG investors receive the highest level of fund and management services, said the companies.

Both firms are led by LIHTC industry veterans. Neil Socquet is CEO of Los Angeles-based IFG, and Jenny Netzer is CEO of Boston-based TCAM.

TCAM is an independent investment manager providing asset management and advisory services to owners of real estate and renewable energy assets. TCAM provides asset management services for more than 78,000 units in more than 500 properties in 45 states.
