Dominium, a leading apartment development and management firm, announced that its recent takeover of a property in Atlanta has pushed the total number of units owned and/or managed by the company to more than 20,000 units across the nation.
Based in Minneapolis, Dominium’s core business is affordable housing. With more than 14,000 units owned in 158 properties, it is No. 9 in the 2011 Affordable Housing Finance list of Top 50 owners.
Dominium officials reported taking over 15 properties with nearly 2,850 units in 2010.
The firm continues to look for development and acquisition opportunities.
