Executives from the nation’s leading affordable housing development firms will share their best practices and strategies at AHF Live: The Affordable Housing Developers Summit, Nov. 12-14, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Tailored toward the needs of the industry’s developers and owners, AHF Live’s panels will go in depth on the latest financing advancements, both debt and equity; the new Opportunity Zones enacted in tax reform; evolving building technologies; recent changes on the state housing finance agency and federal fronts; mixed-income development; homeless housing; and preparing for Year 15.

Registration is exclusively for people who are primarily affordable housing developers, owners, and management firms, plus state and local housing finance agency representatives. Service providers, syndicators, lenders, vendors, and manufacturers must exhibit or sponsor to attend. The regular registration rate is $849 through Oct. 5. Nonprofits receive an additional $100 off registration, and companies sending three or more representatives are eligible for $50 off each registration.
