Tailored toward the needs of the industry’s developers and owners, AHF Live’s panels will go in depth on the latest financing advancements, both debt and equity; the new Opportunity Zones enacted in tax reform; evolving building technologies; recent changes on the state housing finance agency and federal fronts; mixed-income development; homeless housing; and preparing for Year 15.

Service providers, syndicators, lenders, vendors, and manufacturers must exhibit or sponsor to attend. The regular registration rate is $849 through Oct. 5. Nonprofits receive an additional $100 off registration, and companies sending three or more representatives are eligible for $50 off each registration.
