The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee reported receiving 119 applications for 9 percent low-income housing tax credits and five 4 percent applications (requesting federal and state credits) in the first round.
The deadline was March 22 for the first of two funding rounds held by the state.
Officials have released an initial list of the applicants, with a more detailed list coming later.
