Boston Capital announced that it is investing in three affordable housing developments being constructed in Oklahoma.

The low-income housing tax credit projects are Cedar Hollow, a 29-unit development for families in Harrah; Cottage Park-Shawnee, a 32-unit seniors development in Shawnee; and Cross Creek Landing, a 44-unit seniors development in Oklahoma City.

The general partner is The Carland Group based in Oklahoma City.

The construction of the three properties will generate $10.2 million in local income and create approximately 155 jobs.

Boston Capital’s investment adds 105 units to its apartment portfolio. To date, the company has invested in about 3,950 affordable housing units in Oklahoma.
