Take part in Affordable Housing Finance’s annual AHF 50 survey that determines the nation’s largest owners and most-active developers of affordable housing.
To be considered for the lists, general partner developers and owners must complete and submit the survey by Feb. 1, 2021.
We will rank the Top 50 developers based on the number of new affordable housing units that firms started construction on in 2020. A separate list will reveal the 50 largest owners as of Jan. 1, 2021. In addition, AHF will publish lists of the Top 10 companies completing acquisitions and substantial rehabs in 2020. They are the only lists of their kind for the industry and will be published in the May/June issue.
All general partner owners and developers are encouraged to apply.
