At AHF Live, the affordable housing industry’s top developers and industry experts will lead a series of informative panels organized across three different tracks—Development, Finance, and Hot Topics.
Attendees at the annual conference, which takes place Nov. 14-16 in Chicago, can take part in any of the sessions across the tracks.
The Development track will include sessions on Navigating Rising Construction Costs, Adaptive-Reuse Case Studies, Housing the Missing Middle, and New Construction Models.
The Finance track will feature sessions on Tapping Into Bond Financing, 5 Ways to Increase Your NOI, A 2023 Forecast for LIHTC Allocations, and The Ins and Outs of ESG Investing.
In addition, AHF Live will dig into several of the industry’s hot topics, including What’s Ahead at HUD, Hiring and Retaining Talent, and Proptech for Affordable Housing.
The conference’s signature State of the Industry Power Panel, Capitol Hill Update, Debt Financing in an Uncertain Economy, and Tax Credit Equity Outlook Power Panel will also return.
