Eileen Fitzgerald will become president of Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF).
She will take the helm from Bill Kelly, who will step into an advisory role, this month.
Fitzgerald recently served as CEO of NeighborWorks America.
SAHF is a network of 11 high-capacity, nonprofit affordable housing organizations. The members are BRIDGE Housing, The Community Builders, Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, Homes for America, Mercy Housing, National Church Residences, National HousingTrust/Enterprise Preservation Corporation, NHP Foundation, Preservation of Affordable Housing, Retirement Housing Foundation, and Volunteers of America.
