EAH Housing Names CFO

Jennifer Wu has been appointed chief financial officer, joining the executive leadership team at EAH Housing, a California-based nonprofit affordable housing developer and owner.

In her new role, Wu will help drive financial sustainability and advance the organization’s mission to create more affordable housing and healthy, thriving communities.

She brings more than 20 years of real estate finance and accounting experience. Most recently, Wu served as vice president and controller at nonprofit MidPen Housing. Earlier, she led the corporate finance and international-based accounting teams at Meta and Digital Realty Trust.

The Clear Blue Co. Appoints Director of Acquisition Rehabilitation

Ashley Stockton-Massie has been named director of acquisition rehabilitation at The Clear Blue Co.

Her primary focus will be sourcing, managing, and securing capital opportunities for the firm’s workforce and affordable housing acquisition and rehabilitation operations. Additionally, Stockton-Massie will support the firm’s business development initiatives.

Prior to The Clear Blue Co., she served as director of real estate development for Highmark Holdings, where she managed the full acquisition and development life cycle for the firm while overseeing its multifamily portfolio’s asset management teams.

Stockton-Massie is active with several organizations, including serving vice president of communications for the Tennessee Women’s Affordable Housing Network.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, The Clear Blue Co. has developed and transformed 4,854 units of workforce and affordable housing across the Southeast and Midwest.

MRI Software Announces VP of Product Innovation

Robb Napolitano has joined MRI Software as vice president, product innovation.

He will spearhead the continued growth and evolution of MRI’s affordable and public housing solutions, including the recently launched MRI PHA Pro, an integrated solution for public housing and voucher management compliance.

Napolitano, who is based in New York, brings over 17 years of experience in real estate technologies across multiple organizations. In his previous role as chief information officer at The Brooksville Co., he oversaw all information and technology platforms, leveraging technology to reduce costs, improve operational efficiencies, and maximize revenue. His oversight included the largest federally subsidized property in the United States: Spring Creek Towers, a 150-acre campus supporting 17,500 residents located in Brooklyn, New York. Earlier, Napolitano held executive positions at Rose Associates and MAXX Properties.

Interim CEO Joins New Los Angeles County Agency

Ryan Johnson has been appointed interim CEO of the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA), a new independent countywide agency.

He has directed over $4 billion in multifamily development and acquisition and brings 17 years of expertise in real estate, capital formation, and affordable housing development. Johnson recently served as a partner at Fulham Square Capital and as vice president of finance and capital markets at Community Housing Opportunities Corp.

LACAHSA was created in 2022 through state legislation. With representation from small and large cities across the county, it has broad powers to increase the area’s affordable housing supply.
