Enterprise Advisors, part of Enterprise Community Partners, has extended its services to state housing finance agencies (HFAs) across the country, expanding the assistance it provides to municipalities, nonprofits, and regional bodies.
State HFAs are a critical part of the affordable housing delivery system across the country and are leaders in addressing affordable housing needs in their respective states. In conjunction with consulting firm The Chatman Group, Enterprise Advisors will partner with HFAs to further their collective mission, offering a range of organizational, programmatic, technical assistance and financial services.

Over the last 40 years, HFAs have provided significant resources and expertise to address affordable housing needs. As a group, they are strong financially, have a solid track record of accomplishment and have exhibited the programmatic agility to adapt to changing market realities, said Enterprise.
