Stand up and be counted in Affordable Housing Finance’s annual AHF 50 lists of the top owners, developers, and companies completing acquisitions and substantial rehabs.
To be considered for this year’s list, general partner owners and developers must complete a survey by Jan. 25, 2016.
The only lists of their kind, the AHF 50 reveals how many affordable housing units are under development and ownership by leading national and regional firms.
The developers’ rankings will be based on how many affordable housing units a developer started construction on in 2015. The owners’ list is determined by the number of affordable housing units owned as of Jan. 1, 2016. The results will be revealed in the April/May issue of AHF.
All general partner owners and developers are encouraged to take part. The surveys help capture a snapshot of the industry’s health and activities, including identifying development and cost trends.
