Age ain’t nothin’ but a number.

It doesn’t say what a person has done or determine how far they’ll go. This year’s group of Young Leaders is proof of that. All are 40 years old or younger and are among the best and brightest in the affordable housing industry.   
Since 2008, affordable housing finance has been honoring young men and women who are making a big difference in the field. It’s a way of recognizing their achievements while fostering the development of a new generation of leaders. More than just good at their jobs, they are pushing their companies to new heights and taking an active role in the larger industry. The future is in good hands.
