Developers Lisa Alberghini, Gary Gorman, and Paul Sween and attorneys Monica Hilton Sussman and Stephen J. Wallace have been essential to the affordable housing ecosystem for decades.

They’ve developed innovative communities and created new programs. They’ve gone beyond their jobs to be leaders in the larger industry. For their lasting contributions, they will be inducted into the Affordable Housing Hall of Fame at AHF Live, Nov. 18-20, in Chicago.

  • Alberghini, a longtime affordable housing developer, recently retired as executive vice president of the Housing Partnership Network, where she worked with leading housing organizations across the country;
  • Gorman launched Gorman & Co. in 1984 and turned it into of the nation’s top developers;
  • Sween has been one of main drivers of Dominium, one of the largest affordable housing owners and developers in the country; and
  • Nixon Peabody attorneys Sussman and Wallace are two of the industry’s foremost legal authorities on affordable housing, shaping policy while assisting property owners on countless transactions.
