The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee has posted a list of the first-round applicants seeking low-income housing tax credits.
The agency reported receiving 90 applications for 9 percent credits and five applications for 4 percent credits.
It has also posted proposed regulation changes regarding cost certifications and market studies.
