Fourteen developments have been selected to receive approximately $16.1 million in 9% low-income housing tax credits from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).

The financing will support the construction of 940 affordable rental homes in Colorado, including the Denver metro area, northern and southern Front Range, mountain communities, and San Luis Valley.

In CHFA’s recent 2020 round one, CHFA received 29 applications seeking $35.5 million in housing credits.
