Boston Financial Investment Management announced raising $471 million in low-income housing tax credit equity (LIHTC) in 2014. Of this, $439 million was closed by the end of the year, with the balance set to close in early 2015.
The firm’s syndication activity represents 48 LIHTC properties serving the elderly and families across the country.

Since its inception, Boston Financial has syndicated more than $10.6 billion in tax credit equity and invested in more than 2,500 properties in 48 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
