A 73-unit affordable housing community has been renovated and expanded in Arcadia, La.

The work was funded with approximately $7 million in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) equity from WNC, a national LIHTC syndicator and investor in real estate and community development initiatives.
“WNC is pleased to announce the completion of the Meadows at Arcadia project, which not only rehabilitated and kept in place 48 existing affordable housing units but delivered 25 additional units for families in need,” said WNC COO Michael Gaber.
The development has 16 one-bedroom, 49 two-bedroom, and eight four-bedroom units and is available to families earning up to 60% of the area median income level.
Steve Perry of Meadows of Arcadia, LP, served as the project developer.
