The four finalists in the rural category are bringing affordable housing to small communities in Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and West Virginia. They include Fox Ridge Apartments in Princeton, West Virginia; Sandstone Hills in Richfield, Utah; Timber Ridge in La Grande, Oregon; and Vista Verde in Breckenridge, Colorado.
