The permanent supportive housing category caters to some of the nation's most vulnerable individuals and households. The six finalists—Blue Oak Landing in Vallejo, California; DESC Burbridge Place in Seattle; Espero Rutland in Austin, Texas; The Journey in Venice, California; Path Villas at 4th Street in San Jose, California; and Restoring Waters in St. Paul, Minnesota—are providing housing and wraparound services for the chronically homeless, very low-income women and families, vulnerable seniors, and transition-aged youths.
