These four mixed-use finalists are much more than the housing they provide. They include a mix of uses that serve their surrounding communities. This year's finalists are Bronx Point in New York City; The Grinnell in Berkeley, California; H3C in New Orleans; and Rise on 7 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
