The permanent supportive housing category caters to some of the nation's most vulnerable individuals and households. The four finalists—Renaissance Legacy Lofts and John Parvensky Stout Street Recuperative Care Center in Denver; Roosevelt Gardens in Austin, Texas; Ruth Ellis Clairmount Center in Detroit; and YWCA Hamilton PSH in Hamilton, Ohio—are providing housing and wraparound support for the formerly homeless, those fleeing domestic violence, LGBTQ+ young adults, and people struggling with health issues.

AHF subscribers can vote for the best project in this and eight other categories plus an overall winner.
