Rachel Cluett

Rachel Cluett is a program manager with Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Green and Healthy Housing Financing Business. In this role, Cluett manages Fannie Mae’s Healthy Housing Rewards program, which incentivizes healthy design and provision of resident services in affordable multifamily housing. She also supports Fannie Mae’s green financing business for affordable multifamily housing deals.
