Marisa Calderon
President and CEO of Prosperity Now, Marisa Calderon is a recognized leader in economic opportunity, housing, and community development. She previously served as chief of community finance and mobility at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and executive director of its U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution. Earlier in her career, she led one of the country’s largest Hispanic trade associations, producing research and industry events that informed lending and housing practices nationwide. Her work has earned recognition from Profiles in Diversity Journal, HousingWire, Women We Admire, and the Swanepoel Power 200. Calderon serves on the boards of Working Solutions and Partners for the Common Good and is frequently invited to speak on topics related to housing and access to financial systems. She lives in San Diego with her husband and two children.
