Allen Feliz

Allen Feliz is the industry principal for MRI’s affordable and public housing business unit. At MRI, he provides strategic direction for six legacy software groups (ie. Tenmast, Happy, HAB, Lindsey, Bostonpost, and IPM), which provide compliance and property management technology to over 2,240 housing organizations nationwide and the division’s new affordable and public housing platforms. Feliz joined MRI in 2018 via the company’s acquisition of TCAM, an organization he co-founded in 2009.
