CTCAC Releases Proposed 2012 Schedule

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee has released its proposed 2012 program schedule and deadlines.

Under the proposal, public hearings to discuss proposed regulation changes would be held in December. Application workshops would then follow in February 2012.

The Committee plans to continue to hold two tax credit funding rounds next year. The first has a tentative deadline of March 22, 2012. Second-round applications would be due July 11, 2012, under the proposal.
